OIL-PROOF

Usage: Delivery-suction heavy high-pressure hose for oil and petroleum derivatives, fuel, hydraulic and industrial oils in different spheres of heavy engineering and petrochemical industry.   Properties: Hose is made of special PVC with added component which in creases resistance to oil products and other chemical substancesточкасзапятой it is resistant to crashes and pressure due to armoring with solid and rigid PVC spiral. The product is resistant to UV, other types of weather impact and the majority of chemical matters. Operating pressure for small diameter hoses comprises 9 bars. It is abrasion-resistant.   Structure and color: non-transparent plastic thick PVC wall, rigid PVC spiral, internal surface is practically smooth, external surface has almost no riffs – spiralis actually sunk into hose body. Dark blue color, Black and white are available to order.   Operating temperature: - 20oС… + 60oС.

The hose is produced according to the European standards UNI EN ISO 3994, the quality is guaranteed with the certification SEC ISO 9001:2008.   In accordance with the Norms UNI EN ISO 1307:2008 the hose has the following tolerance, taking into consideration thermo plasticity of materials which undergo deformation due to temperature changes:Internal diameter: +/- 2%, relevant linear deviation: +/-5%. Vacuum and maximum pressure properties of the hose are measured under the temperature of 20°C.   Free of hazardous substances and secondary materials.
